New to Restoration Massage

Welcome to Restoration Massage. We want you to feel comfortable about booking a massage with us. Most people feel at ease when they know what to expect.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a short Health History form. For your convenience you can download and print the form now and bring it in with you.
• Before your massage your therapist will review your health history with you. Together you will be able to decide what type of treatment will best work for you today.
• The therapist will then leave the room so that you can disrobe to your comfort level. It is ok to be nude on the table. You will be professionally draped at all times. It is also acceptable to leave any items of clothing on.
• Our job is to make sure you are comfortable. We want to know if you need more or less pressure. Remember the therapists are there to personalize your treatment. Good communication makes a better treatment all around.
• Upon completion of your massage. Therapist will exit, allowing time for you to get dressed. Your therapist will return to have an exit conversation.
